Konami announced Silent Hill HD Collection for PS3 and Xbox 360, which is a HD remake of Silent Hill 2 & 3. A new installment of the series called Silent Hill: Book of Memories was also announced for Sony's NGP. 
Konami announced a new "Photo Camo" feature in the 3DS port of Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D, which allows players to take photos from the 3DS camera and use it on Snake's outfit. In addition, the game will also support the gyroscope. Now we just need to wait for an official release date of the game.
Hideo Kojima announced that Zone of the Enders HD Collection will be coming to PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2012, the ZOE Anubis Special Edition content will be included in the game as well.
Hideo Kojima mentioned that the PS3 version of Metal Gear Solid HD Collection will support Transfarring with NGP instead of PSP, because PSP cannot delivery PS2 quality graphics in MGS2 and MGS3. This also confirms a NGP version of the game.
